Shipping Policy

How much is shipping?
Stickers (US - no tracking): $1 
Stickers (International - no tracking): $2
All other products: $5+

Sticker orders are shipped with regular postage as USPS First Class mail without tracking. We are not responsible for any lost orders placed with untracked shipping. By purchasing you are agreeing to accept this policy.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Stickers (US): Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
Stickers (International): Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
All other products: Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

Sticker orders are shipped out as first class mail with USPS and do not have tracking. If you selected Standard Shipping that includes tracking, please refer to tracking information for the most accurate delivery estimate. 

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, only stickers ship internationally.

My order says delivered, but I haven't received it yet.
If your item says delivered, but has not arrived, please contact your local post office. Stickers do not ship with tracking unless tracked shipping is purchased for that order. JaneLi.Co is not responsible delayed orders due to shipping service provider delays.

My order was returned to sender.
Any and all "Return to Sender" packages that incur due to a faulty address, business closure, or undeliverable address are the responsibility of the customer. If reshipment is requested in these cases, customers are required to pay additional shipping fees to reship.

My order was lost in the mail.
If a package is lost in the mail, it is the customer's responsibility to contact their post office. If a package is lost or stolen, customers must file a report with their local post office before contacting JaneLi.Co. When contacting JaneLi.Co, please provide proof of the lost or stolen package report filed. Replacement of lost or stolen packages is judged on a case-to-case basis. JaneLi.Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed orders.

I accidentally provided an incorrect shipping address.
If the order has not shipped yet, please contact JaneLi.Co to correct the shipping address. If the order has already shipped, JaneLi.Co is not liable to replace the order. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping and billing address.
